Delivery

Please indicate your preferred delivery time and date in the "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order" section when checking out. 

Available delivery time slots

We deliver from Mondays to Saturdays with the earliest time slot being 12:30pm - 2pm and the last time slot being 5pm-6pm. On Sundays we deliver from 5-7pm.

There will be no delivery service on Public Holidays.

We will do our best to adhere to your preferences, however, do note that deliveries are subjected to driver's availability.

Where do we deliver

We provide island-wide delivery in Singapore. 
We do not deliver to other countries.

When to place your order

All orders are to be made in advance.
For a morning delivery, please place your order one working day in advance by 5:30 pm.
For an afternoon delivery, please place your order by 11:30am on the same day.
For Sunday delivery, please place your order latest by Saturday 3pm.

Orders can only be made via our website eshop.sakuranbo.com.sg. Should you require any assistance, please dial 6872 5350 to reach our sales office.

Our office's operating hours are from 9am - 5:30pm (Mon - Fri), and 9am - 11:30am (Sat)
We are closed on Sunday and Public Holiday. 

Refund is not allowed. Exchange within 1 week. No exchange for frozen, chilled, fresh & perishable and liquor.

Delivery Charge

Minimum $50 and Free delivery for orders $80 and above. 

For order below $80, a flat delivery rate of $10 will be charged. 

Do take note that there will be an additional $10 peak day surcharge for ALL weekend delivery.
