It is prepared mustard in tube. Mix with a soy sauce or ketchup to taste and use as dipping sauce for egg roll, batter-coated shrimp or chicken, barbecued spareribs or when a mustard flavor is desired. For great sandwich spread, mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise with 1-2tsp Mustard paste. Spread on bread for all types of sandwiches.
