This miso for pickling and grilling fish is made by adding fermented seasonings to Saikyo-style sweet miso to make it easy to use. Even if you marinate it for a short time or bake it, it will turn out delicious. Normally, Saikyo-zuke is pickled for 2 to 3 days, but we made sure to add liquid miso to make it delicious so that it can be enjoyed even after 30 minutes of pickling or grilled. It is sweet and safe for children and contains no chemical seasonings.
